Trekkers are greeted with fresh mountain air and stunning views at every turn. The moderate climb takes around 2–3 hours, depending on pace and weather conditions, making it a perfect acclimatization day. Hargaon, at an altitude of 2,320 m (7,612 ft), is a peaceful campsite offering breathtaking views of the Kedarkantha range. Evenings here are serene, spent under starry skies, accompanied by warm meals and the joy of the Himalayan wilderness.
Day 03: Hargaon To Kedarkantha Basecamp

This descent generally takes 2–3 hours, giving ample time to soak in the views one last time. After reaching Sankri at an altitude of 1,956 m (6,417 ft), trekkers board their transport back to Delhi or Dehradun.
